Nothing files itself
A G-28 is generated in every packet, but ParaLeagle never submits anything. Your attorney or accredited representative reviews and signs, and stays attorney of record. We are software; we do not provide legal services and we are not counsel on your cases.
Zero data retention
All AI runs on zero-data-retention infrastructure. Your clients' documents and facts are not retained by the model provider and are never used to train a model. Client confidences stay client confidences.
Designed around ABA Formal Opinion 512
Opinion 512, issued 29 July 2024 by the ABA Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, is the first formal ethics opinion on lawyers' use of generative AI. We built the confidentiality, competence and supervision model around it rather than retrofitting it afterwards.
Decision support, not outcome prediction
The RFE risk engine returns a risk level, likely topics, comparable AAO decisions and evidence recommendations, and it discloses its own data gaps. It will never tell you a petition is going to be approved, and we do not guarantee outcomes.
Encryption and access control
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit with AES-256. Identity documents live in isolated encrypted storage, and role-based permissions mean attorneys, paralegals and clients only reach what they are authorised to see.
A defensible audit trail
Every change, whether made by the AI or by a human, is logged with a timestamp, a user and a version diff. If a filing is ever questioned, you can show exactly what was generated, what was overridden, and by whom.

Does ParaLeagle train on our client data?

Can the AI file something without us seeing it?
No. There is no path in the product that submits to USCIS. Generation always ends at a review step held by your team.
