Privacy Policy

ParaLeagle handles sensitive personal and immigration data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: April 8, 2026

1. Information We Collect

ParaLeagle provides an AI-powered, attorney-reviewed immigration platform that drafts and files petitions for employment visas, green cards, and family immigration. To deliver these services, we collect the information you and your organization provide to us.

Account & contact data: name, work email, phone number, company name, and role.

Immigration & petition data: beneficiary and petitioner details, passport and identity documents, educational and employment history, wage and job information, and supporting evidence required to assemble petitions such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, green card, and family-based filings (e.g., K-1, I-130).

Usage data: log files, device and browser information, and how you interact with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to draft, review, and file immigration petitions on your behalf; to run compliance and RFE-risk checks; to facilitate licensed attorney review of every filing; to communicate with you about your cases; and to operate, secure, and improve our platform.

Our AI systems process petition data solely to prepare your filings. We do not sell your personal or immigration data, and we do not use your confidential case data to train third-party AI models.

3. Attorney Review & Confidentiality

Every petition prepared on ParaLeagle is reviewed by a licensed immigration attorney who signs as attorney of record. Information shared in connection with attorney review may be protected by applicable confidentiality and attorney-client privilege rules.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to deliver our services: with the reviewing attorneys assigned to your cases; with government agencies such as USCIS and the Department of Labor as required to file petitions; and with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery) bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and platform.

5. Data Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and ongoing monitoring to protect your data. While no system is completely secure, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the sensitive immigration data entrusted to us.

6. Data Retention

We retain petition and account data for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@paraleagle.ai.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how our platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect platform functionality.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of ParaLeagle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
