For asylum practices

Nobody automates asylum work. So we did.

The full Form I-589, for asylum, withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture, affirmative with USCIS or defensive before the immigration court. The I-589 fills in from the record on the current edition of the form. The persecution declaration is written by the attorney and uploaded as written.

What we built for this work

  • Intake in English or Spanish, on a phone, with each datum asked once and the one-year deadline visible from the first screen.
  • The I-589 fills in from the record, on the current edition of the form, for the affirmative filing with USCIS or the defensive filing in court.
  • The persecution declaration is yours. It's uploaded as written.
  • The evidence gets an index, so the declaration and the supporting proof stop living in separate places.
  • A packet can't go out with a required piece missing. Since August 5, 2026, an incomplete affirmative filing can be denied without an RFE.
  • Filed after your attorney signs and releases, with the receipt and the interview or hearing notice landing on the case.
  • If you also do family work, the AOS packet builds from the same facts.

Built for the confidentiality asylum work requires

Asylum case data is visible only to your firm. Every AI call runs with zero data retention, and nothing from an asylum case is ever used to train a model. 8 CFR 208.6 protects your client's application, and our access controls are designed so your firm can honor it.

What we don't do

Motions, briefs and other immigration court filings beyond the I-589 itself. If that's most of the work, we're not the right fit for it yet, and we'd rather say so here.

What stays yours

Every output is a draft until a person approves it. The declaration is never generated, summarized or edited by the software. A G-28 generates in every packet, and the court's representation form is on the checklist for the defensive filing. Nothing is filed until your attorney signs and releases it.

Covered on this page
