For family practices
Typing the same facts into every form in an AOS packet.
A marriage-based AOS packet is 854 form fields from 252 facts. About 600 of those entries are you typing something you already typed. The I-130 wants the address. The I-485 wants it again. The I-864 wants it a third time. Someone types Street on one and St. on another, and USCIS reads two forms that disagree.

What we built for this work
- The client's intake runs in English or Spanish, on a phone, with photographed documents as first-class uploads. Identity documents are read twice by two independent passes that must agree, and any mismatch is flagged with a written reason before anything is stored.
- The whole packet builds once from the I-130 through the I-751 and the N-400. The I-130, the I-485 and the I-864 all pull the same answer from the same place.
- A 75-slot document checklist per case, per-party questionnaires, and reminders that chase the exact step a client is stuck on.
- A packet can't go out with a required piece missing. Since August 5, 2026, an incomplete first filing can be denied without an RFE, on the family side too.
- Visitor, student and exchange extensions and change of status on the I-539.
- Filed after your attorney signs and releases. The receipt notice, the biometrics notice, the interview notice and case status land on the case, and the client sees their own timeline in the portal.
- If you also run business cases, both sides pull from one record. The H-1B side and the AOS side stop being two separate typing jobs.
What you get
- About 4.9 paralegal hours saved per packet.model estimate
- Form prep stops being what caps how many cases you take.
- The hour you spend checking the packet before it files, the one nobody bills for, goes away.
- Fewer “what’s happening with my case” calls, because the client can see.
What stops going wrong
- An RFE over something that was never a legal problem.
- The same address keyed into the I-130, the I-485 and the I-864.
- A packet going out with a required piece missing.
- The I-751 window nobody calendared.
What stays yours
Every output is a draft until a person approves it. A settled human decision outranks the software permanently. A G-28 generates in every packet. Nothing is filed until your attorney signs and releases it.
