I-485
I-485, without re-keying the whole packet.
The Application to Register Permanent Residence is the longest document in an adjustment packet and it repeats most of what the I-130 already established. Address history, employment history, entries and exits, and all of it has to agree with what is filed alongside it.

Histories entered once
Address and employment histories are structured data in the fact store, not free text typed twice. Add a gap or correct a date and every form drawing on that history updates with it.
Consistency across the packet
Because the I-130, I-485 and I-864 read from the same store, the packet cannot contain two versions of the same address or two spellings of the same name.
Validation before anything is written
Wrong-document and incomplete-document detection run before a value is saved, so a bank statement uploaded where a tax transcript belongs is caught at intake rather than at review.
