Already on another system? We move your open cases for free, and you keep the old one until you're ready. How switching worksHow we compare
Four ways ParaLeagle clears the path to the firm you went to law school for.
Intake
Your client answers a guided questionnaire in English or Spanish, on any phone. Duplicate questions are asked once.
Paralegal checksEvidence
It reads every upload, the passport, the I-797, the bank statement, the CV, and turns it into facts. Anything that disagrees with what the client typed gets flagged with both values.
Paralegal confirmsForms
Every USCIS and DOL form for the case types we cover renders from the same facts. No form keeps its own copy of anything, so two forms can't disagree.
Paralegal checksLetters
Support and recommendation letters draft from the record, on the right letterhead, in different voices. The exhibit index builds itself.
Attorney edits and signsPacket
Assembled in filing order with the G-28 in it. It can't be marked ready while a required document is missing.
Paralegal releases to the attorneyFiling
Filed through your myUSCIS legal representative account, or printed and shipped on the FedEx calendar.
Attorney signs and releasesTracking
Receipt notices, case status and RFEs land back on the case. Deadlines set themselves.

Next petition starts here, back at Evidence.
The H-1B carries into the I-140. The O-1 criteria map is there when the same client opens an EB-1A. One client, one record, from one petition to the next.
How it worksWhich of these is your Monday?
Pick the one that sounds like your office. Each one has its own page, and all five run in one system.
Spending more time gathering evidence than writing the petition.
The research on one O-1 or EB-1A eats a week you can't fully bill.
O-1A, O-1B, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW
EB-5 investorChasing a source-of-funds trail years after the money moved.
One missing bank record puts the whole EB-5 filing at risk.
EB-5 I-526E source of funds and the adjustment packet
AsylumHours on the I-589 that belong to your client's story.
The full I-589 for asylum, withholding and CAT, affirmative or defensive. The declaration stays yours.
I-589 asylum, withholding of removal, CAT
EmploymentWorking out the SOC code and wage level by hand on every case.
The same wage keyed into the LCA, the I-129, and the support letter.
H-1B, LCA, H-4, PERM, L-1, I-140
FamilyTyping the same facts into every form in an AOS packet.
A marriage-based packet is 854 fields from 252 facts. About 600 are retyping.
I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-864, I-751, N-400
Run more than one of these?
Then you know the other version: rebuilding a client's file when they move from the H-1B to the I-140, or from the O-1 to the EB-1A. Here the next petition starts from what's already there. One client, one record, every petition.
Everything we coverTwo figures for one wage reads to USCIS as an inconsistency.
One fact, $98,000, feeding the LCA, the I-129 and the support letter.
Two forms can't disagree
Every form reads from one fact. Type the wage once and it lands on the LCA, the I-129 and the support letter. Change it once and every form changes with it. The RFEs that come from two forms disagreeing become impossible.
How the fact record worksThe first filing has to be complete
Since August 5, 2026, USCIS can deny a filing that is missing required initial evidence without sending an RFE first. RFEs still exist, but you can't count on one. So a packet here can't be marked ready to file until every required document is in it.
Read what changedCounted in our code, not in a slide. Where a number is an estimate, we say so on the number.
One record runs the firm
Everyone in your office works from the same record, so a status question never has to wait for the paralegal.
Your front desk.
Seats are unlimited, so the front desk works from the record too. When a client calls, whoever picks up can open the client's case and see the status, the last USCIS notice and what's still missing.
Your paralegal.
Runs every case from one place. Confirms each fact once. Owns the conflict queue.
Your attorney.
Gets each packet when it's ready to sign. Decides the legal questions, signs and releases.
Your client.
Answers on a phone, in English or Spanish, and uploads documents straight to the case.
Your books.
Invoices and payments sync with QuickBooks, and a case can wait on payment before it's released for filing.
Your data stays yours. Export everything, anytime, in open formats.
What happens to your open cases
The phone line that knows the caller
A client calls, their case opens for whoever answers, and the call is logged to the record. Founding firms help shape it and get it first.
More margin. More cases. The same team.
of AILA members bill mainly on a flat fee.
AILA 2022 Marketplace Study
On a flat fee, retyping isn't billed. It's absorbed. The model says a firm gets about a third of its time back, and we're measuring that on real filings now.
- Paralegal hours back a year on this filing type
- 330model estimate
- Dollars back a year
- $14,850model estimate
The model's numbers, not a measured result. Design partners are timing real filings now. These are paralegal hours on one filing type. The about-a-third figure above is across all of a firm's work.
Take on more cases without the next hire.
An AI-powered paralegal for your paralegals.
Your paralegal runs it. Your attorney signs it.
ParaLeagle does the typing, the reading, the chasing and the assembling. Your paralegal checks every fact it extracts and every packet it builds, and owns the conflict queue. Your attorney decides the legal questions, edits the letters, signs, and releases the filing. A settled human decision outranks the software permanently.

His family came to the US from Kerala in the 1990s through family sponsorship. He trained as an engineer, co-founded an EB-5 regional center, and spent years on the client side of immigration filings, watching good attorneys retype the same facts into form after form. ParaLeagle is what he built with Mary so they wouldn't have to.

Switching is our job
You're not adding a tool. You're moving your practice. So we do the moving.
- 1We import your open cases, contacts, documents and deadlines. You don't.
- 2You check every imported case before anything changes.
- 3You keep your old system running until you're ready to turn it off.
Open cases move for free. Firms of one to four attorneys are usually moved and checked within a week of the export. Export everything, anytime.
Priced for your firm, not per seat
Pricing is set from the size of the firm and the mix of cases you file. Seats are unlimited. No setup fee. Open cases move for free. Cancel or export anytime.
